Up-to-date and complete digital navigation

A chartplotter cannot function without a nautical chart. Every ONWA chartplotter is therefore equipped with a K-Chart. These charts are however designed for navigation on open water and along stable coastlines. They are therefore not so suitable for navigating, for example, the ever-changing North Sea or the (extensive) inland waterways. They lack the necessary detail and are not updated frequently enough for these areas.

However, ONWA also supports charts from Navionics and C-MAP. Compared to the free K-Chart, Navionics and C-MAP offer much greater chart detail (including for the extensive inland waterways), more advanced features, and frequent updates.

In short, for water users who want to navigate safely, accurately and with a view to the future, Navionics and C-MAP charts offer a complete, safe and reliable navigation package that goes beyond basic charts.
